Private Lessons are a must for you. The assessment package is the best place for you to start, however, there will be frequent assessing and evaluating during each lesson. While working to reach the goals discussed during your assessment, we will transition you back to a more efficient, pain free, active lifestyle, which can include continuing to work with Krisen privately and/or in group classes.

56Group Classes on the Pilates Equipment address the restorative needs of students by keeping limiting the class size to 4 so more individual attention can be given.   The progressive assistance and resistance of the Pilates apparatus is key to developing the strength and stability to overcome pain.  Restoration classes are taught on a rotating schedule depending on the needs of the students and can include low back, shoulder, hip, and neck restoration.  1 private lesson is required prior to entering these classes to ensure that your needs will be properly met in a group setting.

Feel more comfortable in a private setting?images-9 - Version 2

Traditional Pilates private lessons are appropriate for all students looking for a traditional Pilates workout. I offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced workouts which combine several styles of Pilates.  These workouts are not personalized, so there is no need for an assessment.

Physical Restoration private lessons are personalized and are appropriate for all students, especially if your body needs restored due to injury and/or pain, or if you require a specific sports or performance focus. All lessons can include a wide range of restorative and fitness techniques based on your needs.
