General Cancellation Policy:  The Fix is a facility that accommodates several teachers who have in place their own policies for their classes/events. The policies found in The Fix’s materials, including this website, refer to Krisen’s classes. If you have questions about your teacher’s policies, please ask your teacher directly. The Fix is not responsible for fees or refunds for classes/events taught by teachers other than Krisen.

Krisen’s Cancellation Policy:  24 hours notice is required when canceling private and duet lessons, or 1/2 the cost of the lesson will be charged.  24 hours notice is required when canceling open studio workouts and group classes on the Pilates equipment, or the full fee will be charged.  It’s easy to remember…anything for which you make a reservation, has to be canceled 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

Expiration: 4 class passes expire in 4 weeks.  5 class passes expire in 5 weeks.   Fix accounts and purchases made on the account do not expire.

Refunds:  Refunds are given for unused account balances anytime.  No refunds on class/lesson passes.

Tardiness:  For your safety, if you are more than 10 minutes late for a group class, you cannot join the class if it has already started.  Krisen will wait 15 minutes after the start time of a private lesson, if you have not arrived or contacted the studio within that 15 minutes, she will assume you are a no show and may leave the studio.

Schedule Changes:  Krisen’s schedule changes every 6 months.   Please check the group class schedule to make sure class times haven’t changed. If you have an ongoing time scheduled for private lessons, those times will be confirmed at the beginning of every month.

Inclement Weather:  St. George usually has lovely weather, however, if schools are closed due to inclement weather, The Fix will also be closed.
